Resale housing prices fell more gently in the third quarter of 2011
Resale housing prices fell more gently in the third quarter of 2011 (-0.5%) to stand at €2,167 per square metre. the summer relaxed the market price

Number of mortgages falls
In October, the total number of registered mortgages in Balearics falls to 661. This is 27% less compared to the same month last Year, according to the National Statistics Institute. This number is also just more than half of September´s number of registered mortgages.
The average mortgage value in October was 97850€, which again is less by 26% comparing to the same month last Year when the average was 133435€.
